General Terms
Payment methods:
- Prepaid. You can send funds via bank transfer. Please inquire (link with email to mgr@iz3d.com) about bank transfer information:
- Credit Cards. USA and Canada: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover; all other countries: Visa and Mastercard only. We do not apply any surcharge for credit cards.
All international customers are ultimately responsible for any customs duties and/or local taxes if applicable to the shipment.
An estimated x% sales tax is added to California orders.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or hacker activities, iZ3D LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. iZ3D LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, iZ3D LLC shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
The sale shall be governed by and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
Shipping and Handling
You will be able to select shipping options (if applicable) and see exact shipping charges for your order before you enter the billing information.
All our shipping and handling charges include insurance coverage.
In order to keep our shipping and handling rates low, we reserve rights to choose the delivery carrier and method of shipping at our own discretion, depending on FOB point and committed lead time.

Returns
All claims for shortage or damage must be made no later then seven days after receiving the goods.
Dead on arrival (DOA) defined as product that is inoperable upon first installation. Product is considered inoperable ONLY if we recognize it as defective. (Note: we do not consider LCD screen with less than five bad pixels as defective, so such monitor is not considered as DOA.) Products that fail after being in use for any period of time are defined as defective and must be handled under our warranty program.
DOA merchandise will be replaced or credited (our option). DOA Claims should be issued not later than seven days from the date of delivery. The repair and replacement period is 4 weeks from the date that iZ3D LLC receives the defective product within the applicable warranty period.
25% restocking fee applies to all items returned for refund or store credit against future purchase. No returns or refunds after 15 days.
S/H charges are non-refundable.
No returns without RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Once issued, RMA is valid within ten (10) business days. All products must be returned in the original packaging and must contain all parts, such as manuals, software and cables. Products returned without all of the original parts may be returned to you at your expense and without a credit issued by iZ3D LLC.
All of the above statements apply to new products only. Refurbished, open box items, and demo units are sold as is and they cannot be returned for refund. No exceptions. They all come with the warranty.
Warranties
iZ3D LLC warrants its iZ3D product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for One Year, under normal use and service. The warranty is effective from the date of shipping from iZ3D LLC.
If the iZ3D product has been proven defective within the applicable warranty period, iZ3D LLC will provide repair or replacement of the iZ3D product. iZ3D LLC shall have the sole discretion whether to repair or replace, and the replacement product may be new or reconditioned. All products and parts repaired or replaced by iZ3D LLC, pursuant to this warranty, shall follow the original and remaining warranty period. When iZ3D LLC provides replacement, the defective iZ3D product becomes the property of iZ3D LLC.
Warranty service may be requested by contacting the authorized Service Center of iZ3D LLC within the applicable warranty period, and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number will be provided along with shipping instructions.
After the RMA Number is issued, the defective product must be packaged securely in the original or other suitable shipping package to ensure that it will not be damaged in transit. The RMA number must be prominently marked on the outside of the package. The package must be mailed or otherwise shipped to the authorized Service Center of iZ3D LLC with all costs of mailing/shipping/insurance prepaid by the customer.
Any package returned to iZ3D LLC without a RMA number will be rejected and shipped back to the Purchaser at Purchaser's expense, and iZ3D reserves the right in such a case to levy a reasonable handling charge in addition to mailing or shipping costs.
Refurbished, open box items, and demo units come with warranty indicated in specifications. They range anywhere between 90 days and 1 year.
Customers buying new products with one year warranty can also purchase extended warranty plan. You can view these warranties and their prices on the next page right after you add your product to the shopping cart.
RMA Rules and Conduct
The calculation of warranty period starts from the date of Shipping (INVOICE DATE) from iZ3D.
The repaired product will be shipped to purchaser by UPS Ground or other method agreeable by the customer and iZ3D LLC. The RMA report will be delivered together with the repaired product. If the warranty period expires, the RMA rules and terms will be subject to the following condition:
- The repair period is 6 weeks from the date that iZ3D LLC receives the defective product.
- The purchaser will be informed of such charge prior to proceeding with the repair or replacement.
iZ3D LLC reserves the right to Charge repair expenses without prior notice.
The warranty is void if the product is
Damaged through tampering, improper use, negligence, misuse, abuse, or accident.
Modified or repaired by anyone other than iZ3D authorized service center personnel.
Damaged due to connection to the equipment of other manufacturers, or improper power sources.
Physical damage or damages resulting from modification in hardware or performance (e.g., over clocking), improper maintenance, accidents, acts of God, unauthorized servicing, or usage in any unsuitable or abnormal operating environment.
The serial number sticker or anti-tampering labels on the system is missing, defaced, or modified in any manner.
Unauthorized disassembly or removal of any preinstalled hardware components from the product.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstance will iZ3D LLC be liable for any direct or consequential damages arising from the installation, maintenance, use, performance, failure or interruption of a iZ3D LLC product. This limitation will apply even if iZ3D LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
Privacy Policy
We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information (if you decide to use a credit card,) address, and phone number. Your name and email address will be used only for the purpose of responding to your inquiries and processing your online orders.
Our secure servers protect the information by using advanced encryption. Your personal information cannot be read as it travels to our ordering system. In order to most efficiently and confidentially serve you, credit card transactions and order fulfillment are handled only by us, and not by any other third-party banking or distribution institutions. This activity of ours provides maximum possible security for online shoppers.
We never share customer information with any company or organization.
We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time. Only items in your shopping cart are stored in cookies. You can still place orders without cookies, but in this case you will ordering one item at a time, not being able to use shopping cart.

Please consult each site's privacy policy. iZ3D LLC is not responsible for the actions of third parties. iZ3D LLC fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we reasonably believe to be unlawful.
